Our Materials

At Ed-wood kitchens we use only the best quality timber, materials and fixings. The timber is sourced from local registered timber mills and is hand picked for each new commission and includes Oak, Ash, Maple, Beech, Cherry and any timber the client requests. These timbers can be English, European, American or from any part of the world but are all from renewable sources.

Finishing products such as Oils, Waxes, Polishes, Varnishes and Lacquers are purchase from quality suppliers we have been using for years and trust, as are adhesives.

We use a wide range of fixings and fittings such as hinges, drawer runners and cabinet handles which the client chooses when ordering there kitchen as we believe cabinet handles are a very personal choice.

As for glass and mirror products we use a bespoke glass producer we also have been dealing with for many years
